Tuition Information
Application Fee of $100 is due with each child’s application. This is non-refundable and does not guarantee your spot in the program. The director will notify you of any waitlists.
A Supply Fee of $100.00 per child will be charged every January 1st. This will be due by the 5th of January for your child to participate in our program.
Tuition is due every Friday for the upcoming week. Failure to have tuition paid by Friday at 6:00 p.m. will mean your child cannot participate in the program. This means tuition is always paid a week in advance.
A 14 day notice is required to withdraw from the program. If notice is not given, you are required to pay the tuition for the next two weeks.
A late fee of $20/15 minutes will be charged for every 15 minute increment the child remains past 6:00 p.m. This fee is due at the time of pick-up and should be given to the program supervisor. If there is an emergency, please communicate with staff.
We do not accept cash. We utilize Brightwheel for all online payments. Checks may be made payable to Living Waters Fellowship. Please, indicate the child’s name on the check memo. Invoices will be sent every Thursday by 6:00 p.m.
If tuition is paid late (after 6:00 p.m. on Friday), a late fee of $50 will be incurred. If a check is returned, a fee of $50 will be incurred.
Parents will be held responsible for payment of bank charges or for any returned checks.
Tuition for LWLC is $200.00 per week, per student.
Pay My Tuition
You can always pay via check (your invoices will be marked paid) or you can pay via PayPal! There is a 4% processing fee when paying through PayPal.
